Nathan “Nate” Reem joins Sagsharma as a Business Strategy Consultant as the firm continues to grow and explores expansion efforts.

Nate originally hails from Newport Beach, California. He is a graduate of the University of Mississippi and is currently pursuing his Master of Science in Cybersecurity from the prestigious University of California, Berkeley.

Nate’s background is in information security, privacy, and AI. He has served as a cybersecurity and privacy consultant for major enterprises for about five years. His experience spans a variety of areas within information security and privacy, including working with privacy regulations, AI governance, and third-party risk management.

He has led multiple GRC projects and specialized in determining the scope of an organization’s security environment. Nate holds multiple cybersecurity certifications across various information security and privacy domains.  He is also a published author, contributing articles on topics such as the EU’s Artificial Intelligence Act.
